Cox Enterprises is the parent company behind Cox Automotive, Cox Communications, and more. During my time embedded at the enterprise level, the focus shifted from external marketing to internal culture -- designing the look and feel that employees experienced every day.
Internal communications, employee engagement campaigns, and brand materials that kept a large, distributed workforce connected to the company's identity. Design that doesn't make headlines but makes the culture.
