Cox Mental Health

Role: Art Director

Year: 2021

The goal of this campaign help reinforce the breadth of resources available to help employees manage, maintain or monitor their mental health. Mental health and wellness are personal to everyone. Each person has their individual struggles and ways of managing their mental state, which is why Cox offers a wide range of tools and resources to help all of its employees to find what they are looking for to keep their mental health top of mind. This simple approach leads Cox employees to engage understandable and direct messaging, without being too overwhelming.

Drawing on a more visual approach, we wanted to bring awareness to the array of tools and resources Cox has available for mental health and wellness. Still focusing on the personal and unique aspects of one’s mental health journey, this vibrant, more eye-catching creative displays the messaging in fun, photographic ways, which also relate back to each quarter/season throughout the year one might experience.
